Watano Beach House

Watano Beach House is a spacious beach front villa situated in the centre of Diani beach, 30km south of Mombasa.
		It has 4 twin bedrooms downstairs in 2 separate wings, each wing with its own toilet and shower. Each room has a ceiling fan and one room has air conditioning. Being right on the beach air conditioning is not necessary for most people. Mosquito nets are fitted in all rooms. The house sleeps 16 comfortably but more beds can be added upon request. All bedding and towels are provided.
There is a large living/dining area and a sea-facing verandah running the length of the house. There is an open air BBQ area as well as a seated chill out area outside. Sun loungers look out on the sea and palms fill the gardens.
		There are 2 twin rooms upstairs with a shower/toilet as well as the ensuite master bedroom with a private balcony facing the ocean. Upstairs is usually reserved for family use but can be let out at a premium rate.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and walk in cold store. The compound has a generator. Only 5 minutes walk from the main shopping centre. The staff are fully trained to do your shopping/cleaning etc for you. Fishermen come to the kitchen door if you would like fresh fish.
Watano House is one of the oldest houses along Diani beach. The rest of the world simply fades away when you drive into the beautiful gardens and take in the ocean views. The house is simply but tastefully furnished and is somewhere you can completely relax.
